The HR Vault is a subscription library of UK employment documents and practical tools, built for independent HR consultants and small in-house teams. It was set up by Grace Pariser, a practising HR consultant, after too many years rewriting the same policies and letters from scratch for every client. The document library holds over 600 files covering contracts, policies, handbooks, letters, forms and checklists, most available in two tones so you can pick the register that suits your client. Around the library sits everything else you need to run the work. A handbook builder and a contract builder that assemble tailored documents from your choices. HR and employment law calculators for holiday entitlement, notice, redundancy pay, statutory payments, minimum wage, sick pay and working time. Interactive process flowcharts for disciplinary, grievance, performance, sickness and every family leave route. In-depth toolkits on employment status and IR35, contract law, tribunals, DSARs, tronc schemes, and without prejudice versus section 111A. Copy and paste advice for the queries clients ask you again and again. Recruitment and rejection templates, client payment email templates, and an employment law tracker so you know what's coming before your clients ask. Subscriptions are monthly rolling with no minimum term and no sales calls. Pricing is published openly on the site. Members also get 30 minutes of direct advice from Grace each month, and can request documents that aren't yet in the library.
