The course was excellent! Really informative, engaging and we learnt lots about AI and how it works. It was something I have never delved into before, and Mike made everything really easy to understand and navigate.

I also loved how interactive the course was and having the ability to try some things out.

The trainer, James Perryman, was very knowledgeable and made the course very engaging, including working in topics that we had raised. The training environment was very comfortable with a nice range of refreshments and lunch provided.

James gave us some really good tips that we can use to help us to be better Managers and I would highly recommend this course.

Emma was a great trainer, really engaging and ensured she involved all delegates. She provided plenty of guidance and techniques to utilise. Would highly recommend

A great follow up course, lots of interesting content very well put together and presented. Would definitely recommend for those both new to Line Management and those who have been in a similar role for while.

The meetings and minute taking course was very informative. I feel that a benefit for future training sessions would be to have a video of a meeting taking place so that attendees could practice taking minutes in a pretend 'real life situation'.

I attended the New Manager Bootcamp via zoom. There was a little IT issue to start but this was quickly resolved and the course back on track. I really enjoyed the training and have a lot of tools to now take away with me to help develop me as a leader.

I cannot rate "The Exceptional Assistant" course highly enough. Heather provided the perfect balance of learning, interaction and fun. I came away feeling energised, motivated, and eager to put my new skills into practice.
