Resilience
I participated in the training as I thought it would be beneficial for me as a people professional to understand the content that was discussed so we can support others within the organisation, and I was pleasantly surprised to have taken more than just that from the course. Shona was a great trainer, she was clear, understanding and engaged with us all. The content of the course gave us all pointers on how we can improve and manage our resilience.
We look forward to using The Hub Events and Shona again.

Meetings and minute taking course

In-House Manager Bootcamp
I attended the In-House Manager Bootcamp. This provided excellent training in managerial skills and plenty of 'food for thought' in particular around the psychology of change and motivation. I will certainly be using this in my working practice moving forwards.
