Scam scam scam! They sent me a small empty envelope. Went back and forth with them. Said they shipped the wrong order?!? Damn thing was empty for F##k sakes! They tell me oh we will ship another plus an extra one for inconvenience. When i hounded them for the new tracking number, they finally replied with the same old tracking number which obv says its delivered. I bugged them that much they stopped replying after emailing saying a refund was issued. I have since disputed this with my credit card company. Now it looks like they have their store/ website taken down. Crooks! I too was looking for 1 for my son who is adhd & on the spectrum. I'm so mad at this company.

Ordered 1 bunny for my autistic daughter who was desperate for this for her birthday only to receive a padded envelope and no parcel. Have emailed several times and had no response.

Ordered one of the animals for Christmas. Received an empty small padded envelope, emails sents and heard nothing back. Total scam . Reading these other reviews we’ve all been scammed

Ordered 3 for Christmas presents. Kept receiving delivered messages, nothing had been delivered. Reached out many times they said package is coming error in shipment emails. Said if I hadn’t received them in the next few days they would reorder or a refunds. 3 emails now sent over the last couple of days Now no response.

I ordered the 3 pack and received an small empty package. All the links are now giving an error message. So frustrated.

An empty 6 inch x 5 inch bubble package arrived, was supposed to include 2 x weighted stuffies.
We will reach out in hopes of a resolution, but doubtful we will get a response at this rate.
Seems to be a scam.
