I was given an Ipad Air 2 but it was locked into the previous owners new ipad. Both myself and the previous owner called into the ilab in Barnstaple and my problems was solved in a very efficient and effective manner. The gentleman could not have been more helpful and refused payment. I'm now the proud owner of a functioning Ipad. Thank you so much

We visited the iLab Barnstaple on behalf of our mother, who needed her first ever smart phone. There were several options to consider within her budget and we had to carefully weigh up the options of age of phone versus condition versus tech specification. Arlo, who served us, was fantastic... gave us comprehensive info about each of the phone options and no sales pressure whatsoever... just really clear and straightforward help. We left the shop very happy and confident that we had chosen the right model for my mother's needs and am pleased to say she is delighted with the phone. I have used iLabs before and they are always our go-to shop for all things iPhone. Thank you to the iLab team for your continued great service.

Special mention to Arlo at ILab (Barnstaple) he sorted out a problem for my aunt who had previously gone to another shop (The Techout)for advice and was charged £40 even though they never resolved her problem.

I took my phone in as it wasn't charging through the port cleaned it up and checked it. We found out it wasn't the port but explained what it was and how to deal with it. No charge. Great customer service

Always very friendly and helpful staff, but John excelled today with his advice. I'd really reached end of my tether with a stagnant and overstuffed phone. Now have the space to get my apps back! Would definitely recommend.

So Elderly friendly
Over the years I lab have been my first stop with i phone repairs. Always quick and friendly. They have also given me extra time to explain software issues and how to rectify them.
On several occasions I saw how helpful all the staff were with the more elderly. Being patient and taking the time to explain everything without being patronizing. Quite a valuable attitude to have in this fast high tech modern day.
