Really love the products and the pricing is fantastic.Delivery is prompt and I am a new and loyal customer.

I have purchased a few products from Theilexwood company over the years and the quality of the product is very good for my skin. I use both Rose and Frankincense face cream and serum and I have less dark spots and wrinkles. My skin feels much softer when I’m out in all weathers. Use sparingly as it goes far. The smell is amazing and is calming too. The deodorant is also good. I cannot recommend these products enough. A bonus, I purchased on special offer too! Beautiful packaging and always delivered on time. One very happy customer. Thank you.

I have been using natural deoderants with sodium bicarbonate for years with no bother and suddenly I began to get ichy rashes. This deoderant is therefore a game changer for me, I’ve been able to continue using a natural product but without any irritation. I like the fresh citrus smell and in particular the consistency of the product. It’s light enough to melt into the skin easily but thick enough to feel like its creating a barrier that will stop me getting wet and smelly. I also like that its made me aware of how much I’m putting on - you only need a small amount. With previous ‘disappearing’ deodorants I think I was probably applying too much ‘to make sure’. The deodorant does loose its white colour so you can wave your armpits around in the summer should you wish. It does mark tight t-shirts a bit but that’s probably because I put them straight on after applying - I can live with that. Very pleased so far, keen to see how we get on in a sweaty summer… But don’t think they’ll be any issues and if so I will be happy to have a wash and reapply because this does not at all irritate my skin. Can also apply straight to newly shaved armpits. A great product which has saved me from returning to the supermarket shelves for an aluminium laced nasty. Thanks so much. Also love cardboard applicator - no plastic is also a winner for me.

This company got it right on this face cream I found it healing,inspiring and natural Frankinsence was brought to Jesus by the three kings,it smells wonderful with the rose ,absolutely love it would recommend free of chemicals so many others have!!

I have been using Ilex Wood for a while now and I love it. It works perfectly, leaves my skin feeling amazing, and smells epic. The products I use from Ilex Wood are vegan, all the products are cruelty free and as far as possible plastic free. The packaging is always plastic free and the products are sent out quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this small business. If you are hestiating take the plunge, you will not regret it.

I've been looking for a natural deodorant to replace a product by Lush and was struggling to do so until I discovered The Ilex Wood - Spiced Patchouli natural deodorant.
It's great because it comes without plastic, works well and smells really great.
It arrived quickly after ordering and everything about the Ilex Wood is fantastic.
I really like supporting a business who has brilliant products and good, ethical business models.

A great product that really works!

The products arrive well packed and with a lovely personal message. My daughter in law found this company and I have since reordered. I’ve tried the face moisturiser - rose and frankincense and the eye serum with cacay. It’s great to find clean natural product which help to nourish. My skin feels amazing after use and I will continue to use this company.

I purchased an order from Ilex Wood but decided not to order again as it was not to my liking. Back in November I received an email saying another order was about to be dispatched so I emailed back to say I hadn't ordered anything. Apparently because of a discount I accepted the first time round it meant I had to pay for a minimum of two orders. Okay that's fine. (A refund was also refused even though the order had not yet been dispatched). The money had already been collected from my account for this second order but after numerous emails (some of which were answered, some were not) I still did not receive the order paid for. I was told initially that although payment had been collected from my bank account they didn't think I wanted the order!! Their reasoning was because I had told them 'please make sure that no further items are posted to me and that you do not automatically take any future payments as I do not wish to purchase any more items from Ilex Wood'. Really!! If they thought I didn't want the order already paid for then why not issue a refund? To this day I have not received the order or a refund.

I'm so disappointed with this product. It's soft and sticky and therefore difficult to apply, its deodorising properties are negligible and the fragrance is barely discernible.

I've had much more success with cheaper deodorant sticks in the past. I thought I'd try one that was a bit more of a premium product and this is the first time I've used Ilex Wood. Unfortunately it will be the first and last time.

A shame.

On my second lemon balm and peppermint lip balm. It comes in an easy to open cute little metal screw top tub. No horrid plastic. Smells and feels great. Would recommend.

I bought the rosemary and dandelion salve for healing my tissues and muscles. As soon as I put the salve on my arm and hand it's helping heal them at a faster pace.

What can I say about this company..
Absolutely fantastic. Customer service. Lovely small business. Beautiful natural skincare. I'm now on my 4th pot of their rose and frankincense moisturiser.
Smells divine and last for ages. Good price as well. 💕
