I’ve come away with so much knowledge (and so many notes!) and loved every minute of the experience. I decided to join the business mastermind because I’d never run a business before. I trained in colour and style with another company about a year beforehand and had started to see some success, but I honestly didn’t know how to continue that growth or how to properly run a business.

What I really loved about the mastermind was the structure of the weekly live sessions with Emmeline and the other stylists on the course. There is so much value in learning alongside other image consultants, sharing experiences and ideas, and being expertly guided by Emmeline throughout. The pace felt just right — having a week between sessions gave me enough time to implement what we’d discussed, without it feeling overwhelming or easy to put off.

This is genuinely a course I wish I’d done right at the very beginning of my business. It’s been invaluable, from helping me establish my own brand values (something nobody had ever spoken to me about before), to understanding how to accurately plan my pricing structure — again, something that wasn’t covered in my colour and style training but has been so important.

One of the standout moments for me was planning a full year ahead. I found that process incredibly powerful and grounding, and it’s given me so much more clarity and confidence in my business.

You’re supported every week by Emmeline and by the group. Emmeline brings a huge amount of experience from both the styling world and running a successful business — she’s tried things, learned from them, and speaks from a very real place of authenticity. It’s also clear how much she genuinely cares about helping stylists grow sustainable, aligned businesses.

If you’re considering the mastermind but feeling unsure because of the financial investment, I completely understand that. When you’re running a business and not yet seeing the profit you want, it can feel very counterintuitive to spend more money on it. But honestly, this course adds so much value that you will see a return in the future. What you learn here will help turn your business into something far more successful and sustainable than it currently is.

I found this course because I was actively searching for something exactly like this, and I couldn’t find anything else that supported stylists in learning how to actually run a business. It’s simply not something that’s covered in colour and style training elsewhere. I’ve gained so, so much from the Mastermind and I would highly recommend it to other stylists, wherever you are in your business journey.

I have attending the Business Strategy & Planning 2026 workshop that Emmeline run online. It has been very useful and I feel that I can now confidently plan for 2026. I have made lots of notes and came away with good pointers to plan in the best possible way.
My biggest takeway is: plan strategically.

I recently attended an advanced colour master class in Westfields, London, with Emmeline, and it was an incredible experience! Emmeline is exceptionally knowledgeable and a true expert in her field. Throughout the class, I learned lots, including techniques like draping, how to work with your client, and colour theory.

Emmeline's teaching style is both engaging and thorough; she really takes time to get to know everyone and how they incorporate colour into their businesses. I loved the practical, hands-on training that I can immediately apply to my work. Her passion for colour made the entire class not only educational but also inspiring. I now feel confident in carrying out in-person colour analysis based on everything I learned in the masterclass and with all the advice and tools provided.

I had been running my styling business alongside a hectic full-time job for just under four years when I decided to enrol on the Business Mastermind class. It felt like make-or-break time—either move forward with my business or continue as a side hustle. Right from the first month, I learned so much, from defining my ideal client to mapping out sales projections. I finally began to see how my business could become a full-time career. I'm pleased to say I took the plunge, and I am now focused on my business full-time.

Emmeline is an excellent coach and mentor. She has extensive knowledge and is willing to share everything she knows. You really get the sense that she is behind you and wants the best for you and your business. I've also met some amazing women in the mastermind. We are now two-thirds of the way through the course, and I don't want it to end. Enrolling in the mastermind has been a real turning point for my business, and I’d recommend it to any personal stylist who wants to level up and see their business thrive.

I really loved the Advanced Colour Training. It was great to learn about other ways of working with colour beyond the seasonal method. I will be definitely be using my new skills to enhance my colour analysis sessions with clients! Emmeline brings a wealth of knowledge and fosters an incredibly positive learning environment. I am currently two thirds of the way through my 6 month Business Mastermind Programme with Emmeline (Image Cons Co) and I have absolutely loved it! It’s really made me look at my business in a different way and allowed me redefine exactly who my ideal client is and how to attract them. It’s also pushed me to re-define my services, re-write my website, have website photo shoot and draw up a marketing plan! Next we will be looking at Google analytics and sales, another area of my business I cannot wait to get to grips with. Trained with TiCC in 2022 as a personal stylist. Couldn’t recommend their programme enough. Really thorough training with lots of support, advice & guidance. They have also built up a wonderful community which is so helpful and reassuring to be a part of too.

Training with the Image Consulting Co has been brilliant. I found the course to be well structured and informative. I did the full online course and worked through it at my own pace which took me about 8 weeks. I chose to do my training with Emmeline because she seemed to understand where I was coming from, has years of experience in styling and is very supportive. If you're looking to train as a personal stylist I cannot recommend this course highly enough.

I have had a Power Business Hour with Emmeline this week and i can't recommend it highly enough.

I thoroughly enjoyed the 1 day colour course it was well structured and a good combination of theory and practical tasks. It was also a very friendly and open environment where I felt comfortable to ask questions. I liked the fact that it was a small group too I'm looking forward to putting my new skills into practice!
