Amazing service, such lovely people. I stupidly dropped my chips as i was walking away, the lady obviously noticed as she sent somebody inside to catch me up with a replacement portion. Above and beyond.

We booked The Indian Food Carriage for a community event in Manchester. Brilliant communication when making arrangements for the event but most importantly their food is very good. I had the vegetarian curry and samosas which tasted lovely. Thank you TIFC!

Bought a few items from The Indian Food Carriage on Satuday. They were parked at Broadheath. All I can say is just how DELICIOUS the food was - piping hot, so very tasty and authentic.
The Young couple running it are delightful too.
I will not hesitate to go back and try some more.

What a professional outfit serving exquisite food. I had a party at my house and they catered for 100 people - everyone commented how wonderful , never tasted anything like it before, even the rice , which I thought was something easy to boil, was out of this world. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these friendly people again. Thankyou to you both.

I had spicy chicken curry last night and it was so delicious. I really like the food and as well as the staff is so cooperative.

Our lovely boss organized a treat for the whole team at Cherrytree Bakery from The Indian food carriage.
The Chicken Kharia and boiled rice were 10/10,🤩🤩 not forgetting the Pickle and salad. 😋
A little disappointed with the Chappatti which was in fact a tortilla wrap warmed up.😒

We had a charity curry and quiz night for 80 people at St Margaret’s Church in Altrincham, and we chose the Indian Food Carriage to cater. They were absolutely fantastic, honestly, beyond words! Communication was spot-on, really clear and quick, and the prices were fair. Plus, they gave us a discount to help us raise even more money for our event, which was so generous. They helped us plan the menu so we could make sure everyone's dietary needs were met. On the night, everything was done so professionally, and right on time, and the food was presented beautifully. Our guests complemented the curry, and we raised the amount we needed for the church community. And to top it all off, they even donated some soft drinks to our bar, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch. We had a brilliant experience, and I'd totally recommend them! The Indian food carriage visits our workplace most weeks and I always have the Samosa Chaat. It's very tasty and would highly recommend.

I was shopping for Christmas presents a month or so back and this van was parked by the shops. Me and my dad wanted a snack and we wanted to try something different and more fulfilling than the usual McDonalds and KFC nearby (not that they’re not yummy too in their own way lol). But we walked over to this van and the woman running it and (I’m assuming her husband) were so friendly! We got a paneer spring roll, a samosa and a mango lassi. They gave us a potato patty for free as they were closing soon as well as lots of delicious extra hot sauces free of charge. It was all so crisp and hot and obviously homemade. The chilli sauces were fresh and tantalising and nothing was greasy or made you feel bloated. The mango lassi me and my dad both loved and we watched them make it with fresh ingredients. It was so creamy yet with the brightness and sweet fruit taste coming through in the mango. We spoke to the lady for some time and she told us how long she had been open for and was so nice to talk to :). Can recommend this food van 100%’
