Ordered my second Indian guy takeaway last weekend and it was as incredible as the first time round. Fresh, fragment perfectly spiced. Just delicious. The food is as authentic as the food in India and when I eat it, I'm transported back to Jaipur or to the kitchen of Maya in Delhi who made me her homemade family recipes. Can't wait for my next order

This was our first time of ordering. We chose from the suggested menu.
It turned out well. We were emailed regarding delivery. The food was delivered on time and clearly marked with cooking instructions. Plenty of relishes accompanied the food. Great vegetarian meal that we have recommended to friends.

All in all, super tasty! We are trying to go more plant-based so this takes the hassle out of sorting that out for the weekend.

Fantastic meal! From ordering to delivery, the instructions to heat and serve, and then the deliciousness of everything, the indian guy does not disappoint. We had a fabulous meal, and would see definitely recommend. Will be ordering again soon 💚

This is what you want from a curry but usually never get. Aromatic, flavoursome, and nicely spiced.

This was our first experience of using The Indian Guy - having heard about them through Plastic Free Cheltenham because of their commitment to reduce and recycle. The food was a little different to our normal Indian takeaways reflecting the authentic street food heritage. Lovely flavours in the main courses and interesting accompaniments and side pots. Sweets very nice too! Easy to order and delivery worked fine - nice treat for a Friday night!

First time of ordering following other recommendations and we were not disappointed. All dishes are plant based, which suits us and it was good to have a choice. Food was excellent and instructions about how to eat & serve were easy to follow. Will definitely be using again. Good value for money

We’ve ordered from The Indian Guy a few times now and they never disappoint. The food is really well packaged, labelled with instructions to heat making it easy to have authentic food, when you want it. The set menus are great to try a bit of everything and each dish has a flavour of its own. Can’t recommend the Pani Puri highly enough - simply delicious! We’ll definitely be ordering again! 100% recommend attending a pop up somewhere if you’re lucky enough to catch him! A plate of every tasty thing under the sun. And the pan puri is so much better fresh. 🤯 It really feels like an authentic Indian feast! So delicious and all the family will love it!

Absolutely delicious food and very well packaged! We had the set menu with dessert; I probably shouldn't have eaten as much as I did but I couldn't leave any on the plate as it was too good!

I'm not vegan and felt like I wasn't missing anything. Sometimes vegan food can be unfulfilling, this was not the case and this meal felt more substantial, filling and tasty than other take outs.

I love that the food was authentic, rather than your typical curry, the Pani Puris were incredible, and if you have kids, definitely fun for them to put together!

Loved the unusual cheesecake flavours.

Can't wait to order again, this will definitely be a regular in our household.

The potatoes were raw and the warming up couldn’t help cook them, as the majority of the vegetable curry was potatoes it spoiled the meal. We were Hoping for and expecting good taste and quality and felt we received neither. Bread was burnt and inedible before warming . Really wanted this to be good quality and it didn’t live up to our expectations.

I was dubious about having a full meal that was 100% plant based as I wouldn’t normally have this, however, my wife has recently gone dairy free so we are giving some new things a try... and this did not disappoint!
Incredibly easy ordering via website, informative updates and timely delivery.
The packaging deserves a mention here too as so much care was taken, no spillages and still very cold from the layers of ice packs 💪🏻

The food itself was just incredible. Our favourites were the potato curry, mogo chips, samosas, bhajis and naan (We love carbs)!
We still have so much more to try and we look forward to our next order!!!
