Excellent service at The Infinite Loop, the team had my shattered iPhone screen repaired in two hours for a reasonable price - friendly staff and great service

Staff were all very friendly, helpful and informative. I went in with my mac when having problems with the display on my screen as even with an external monitor there was still no display. Multiple Apple stores had quoted for a replacement screen without even guaranteeing the device would work. Infinite Loop offered me a refund if they were to replace the screen and the device did not work or if it required more work than a screen change. They were able to diagnose further issues with software and managed to repair it. They did what apple couldn't/wouldn't at a fairer price including a 6 month warrantee. Thank you so much to the team for all your help.

Overall very satisfied. Laptop screen required replacing. The team kept me informed of the progress. Very simple a professional outfit.

My MacBook was diagnosed (for free) and then fixed all within a few days. Knowing my laptop was in good hands and returned in perfect condition was all I needed :)

Infinite Loop able to fix my iPod (which the Apple Store couldn't). Identified the problem quickly and cost. Clear updates on progress and repaired in the time frame given. And it's as good as new.

It's not easy finding places to repair iPods in 2025, but The Infinite Loop were excellent, identified the problem, repaired it quickly and at a very reasonable price too. Highly recommended.

The numbers on the keyboard of my 2017 MacBook were not functioning and I didn't want to invest in buying a new model just yet. I contacted Infinite Loop, never actually having heard of the business before.

Will was very knowledgeable and both he and Jake were extremely helpful in arranging, and managing the repair of my MacBook, especially as I didn't live locally and needed the laptop to run my business.

From first contact, to collection after repair, took less than 48hrs and the cost of repair was fantastic.

A nice bonus was that my laptop looked like another, brand new model because they'd given it a good clean...😬🫢

Would definitely recommend and intend on using them again for a RAM upgrade when I'm back in the UK.
