I was treated very well and my laptop returned in perfect condition. delivery and collection of items could have been smoother but was overall pretty good.

I had a fantastic experience with Infinite Loop. Before visiting, I called the shop and spoke with Will, who was incredibly friendly and answered all my questions. My MacBook Pro wouldn’t turn on, so I needed someone to thoroughly check it out. When I arrived, Jack and Joe greeted me warmly and were ready to assist immediately. They use an online system that keeps you updated on the repair progress, which is really handy. The shop is conveniently located in the Jewellery Quarter, with paid parking right outside. I’ll definitely use their services again in the future.

A big thank you to the team @ infinite loop. I have had a problem with my iMac for a number of years now with very low speeds. This issue had made it difficult to use for which I have had multiple conversations with Apple to no success. Infinite loop completed diagnostics kept me in the loop with suggested action and have successfully resurrected the iMac. Much appreciated.

The service provided by Infinite Loop was professional and prompt. They provided friendly telephone feedback on progress with the repair and offered sound advice on choices for proceeding. I highly recommend them.

Infiniti Loop could repair my laptop at a much more reasonable price than Apple. The service was great and I've had no trouble so far.

Wow! Highly recommend The Infinite Loop. I needed my iMac repairing and decided to try this company. From start to finish the smoothest customer journey. Great communication from Joe with updates by email and sms at ever stage of my repair. The iMac was quickly collected (next day), examined, quoted, repaired and then returned next day delivery. My iMac is now better than new with a new and improved hard drive. I'm so pleased I used this company. Good to find out they also sell tech and not just repair, I'll definitely check them out when I want to upgrade in the future!

Amazing! Fixed my MacBook Air quickly and in a really professional manner. It was easy to speak to the team, and I felt comfortable asking all my questions. I first had a quote from Apple to have my MacBook fixed which was £850. Infinite fixed it for £250! Amazing.

I dealt with Joe at Infinite Loop and was very impressed with the whole process. Easy to get hold of, he went through all the options available to me and I ended up sending my computer in to be repaired. I was kept updated with the progress and I'm happy with the outcome.

To be honest, I was very sceptical at first, However, that soon passed once I saw the short video about The Infinite Loop services it provided to its customers. I was over the moon with what Mr Bromley and the team was able to do for me and my device. It has never worked so well since it was new. I can not thank Infinite Loop enough. I can not recommend this company enough to anyone looking to have their devices repaired by a truly friendly, candidly honest, and professional repair service as The Infinite Loop. Couldn’t recommend anywhere better!!! I broke my MacBook screen and after being quoted basically a new MacBook price from Apple to just have the screen fixed, I came across Infinite Loop, they were really helpful, got a courier to pick my MacBook up the next day. They kept in contact why they were fixing my screen and got done in a week! I have received it back and it works perfectly and looks brand new again! Would 100% recommend sending your Apple products here!

I had a faulty key on my 2016 MacBook Pro. Apple Store quoted c£500 plus vat, Infinite Loop sorted the problem with a new keyboard for under £200. Great value, good service and a physical premises in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham if you prefer to hand in your device in person. Will use again if I have further problems.
