I bought Neroli oil and a few other essential oils which I thought were pure oils to make a blend, the price was quite high , unfortunately when blended with other premium essential oils it separated into DPG, a carrier oil and Neroli oil, really disappointing
They go by the name of The ingredient store and are based in the UK. Scammed when buying batana oil and was sold palm oil instead. No way to contact their support team as it bounces back when tfying to send an email.they send no receipt when you made the purchase but a automated thank you for your order and a review button for you to leave a review on which doesn't work.
Complete and utter scam and they have a no return policy on their items. How convenient.
