I was having trouble signing in and couldn't reset my password for some reason. I wrote to askInkey but they were offline. Then I got an email resolving the issue within 2 hours.
I love their products and the website is good and the customer service is great. They are caring and if there is a problem with your product they will follow up with you.

According to my understanding as it was told on the website, I was to get 15% off on my very first order. Unfortunately the code WELCOME15 did not work.I contacted the chat box service rep and was told to wait 1 HOUR. So I waited 3 hours and still got no response. In the end I placed my order without any discount and received the email of help inquiry the next day.
