They commissioned us a recruitment project and we spend so much effort to find them the English speaking respondents and then after the FW, they completely disappear, emails were bounced back as failure, the ones that pass through were also ghosted. Wish I would have seen these reviews before. 8 months past, no replies at all.

Commissioned project Nov 23. Project started in Dec 23 then was put on hold and later cancelled. Had agreed to 30 day payment terms, invoice was issued on 14 Mar 24 and to date we have not received any payment or communication. Incredibly unprofessional, we will never work with again. Do not recommend, wish we had read reviews before commissioning this project.

Do not deal with this company. They commissioned work with us at the end of last year. My team picked up bugs in their survey software which prompted them to put the project on hold, which it has been ever since. We raised an invoice for work done to date and this, and subsequent emails, has met with no response from their CEO.

We are now bringing this to the attention of ESOMAR, so they can warn their members.

Fraudulent scammers and do not pay the participants or the organizations that hire them. They also ask for personal banking details when they are contracted to pay via virtual rewards cards. Do not hire them or do any study that uses this company to pay participants.

This company doesn’t pay you for surveys you do. They dont pay others who serve as the set up companies either. Very bad and appears to be scammers. Avoid them whether you’re an individual or company using them to recruit people for their surveys.

We do not recommend anyone to work with this company.

After weeks of managing a project they said the project is now on hold (just like our invoice).
They have no respect for other people's work, are very unprofessional, no work ethic at all.

If I could score a BIG fat zero I would !!iv NEVER in my life worked for people like this it’s lie after lie !!excuse after excuse Iv never known a company that’s bank shuts down x amount of times in months yet they can stil run a business love to know how that works they must av thought me and my colleague were thick and would fall for there excuses !!we did actually get paid after months n months of hounding them ,they push u to get jobs done then ghost u !!pathetic I don’t know how they live with them selfs DO NOTTTT WORK FOR THESE INCOMPETENT FOOLS !!!

We were working for TIS in a project for Switzerland in Nov 2023. Invoice is still unbalanced after multiple reminders and false promises!

SCAM ARTISTS - You will work hard for them. They will give you all the work you can handle and then NOT pay you or your respondents. I've filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. My business was ruined behind them and I'm still trying to save my home.

As a Market Research consultant who took on a small project in Australia for this company back in June, I am still awaiting payment six months later. Looking at other reviews it seems I am not alone.
I would steer clear of this company.

They are just wanting to get their Profit without paying the participants. They promisse what they never give.

We worked with them on a project. Communication was a bit slow in the beginning but the recruits were well vetted.

Extremely unprofessional organization. Worked with them for couple of months, completely unsatisfied with their work. Deadlines were never met, deliverables were of poor quality, and the communications were completely unprofessional. Would never recommend to anyone.

The worst company that I have ever worked with. These guys are scammers.

They are total SCAMMERS! Be aware! They were opperating under Phoenixdatainnov before, and now they have this other scam company. They reach you for market research and when you do your work, they will ghost you, disappear, and will never pay you.

They hired us to recruit several participants for a study for the EIU, probably fake research, about changes and tendencies with IVD tests. We are in Spain and after we completed our research, they disappeared and never answered us via email or LinkedIn. Their phone number is deactivated, and no one is on the other side.

We worked with Thomas as project manager (there are tons of Project managers on Linkedin working for them... weird). He is the one responsible for this scam on us.

Please, avoid being scammed by them, everything seems normal and legal at first with them, but they will ghost you and won't pay you.
