The course has reignited a passion in me for makeup artistry and learning. For anyone a little older considering doing the course, age is definitely not a barrier!

I was completely inexperienced when I started this course with The Institute of Makeup Artistry. My tutor was very understanding, patient and helpful in guiding me through the modules. The administration team were extremely responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions. The videos are very detailed and easy to learn from. At the end of the course I am thrilled with my progress and with my confidence in makeup application and I would thouroughly recommend it to anybody interested in this field.

The Institute Of Makeup Artistry, has been an amazing course for online learning so far. I would recommend anyone interested in more background knowledge and practical information about working in different workplaces rather than little specific details or tips about applying makeup. Being half way through this course, I am loving it and am excited to continue my way through till module 12!

The Institute of makeup Artistry is a great way to do your course I would never of done it if it wasn’t online and at your own convenience

I am a self taught creative makeup artist who knew how to easily create technical eyeshadow looks and how to do a gorgeous wedding/editorial look. What surprised me is how much I learnt about stage/film makeup and SFX makeup. I learnt so much about that industry, the techniques they use and how to successfully create a look that fits a time period, covers someone in cuts and bruises or makes them age years. I originally did this to gain a qualification and I ended up learning so much more than I thought I ever would.

This course is amazing! My tutor is brilliant! She gives wonderful feedback and advice. Student Support are so helpful and give prompt responses to questions and queries. The modules are well written with the videos showing you step by step techniques that you can watch over & over again.

I have loved the course so far but I do feel that sometimes a bit of encouragement or interaction from the tutors between modules would be helpful with motivation etc or some more live content like zoom tutorials etc.

I would definitely recommend this course to friends who are thinking of diving into the world of makeup

I am loving my time at the institute of makeup artistry, not only are the modules teaching me a lot new tips and tricks but my teacher is very quick to respond and corrects coursework so I can get onto the next module as quick as possible.
