Agreed a time to come and look at the job and didn’t show up - this happened twice. Gave benefit of the doubt first time as was told they tried to call me and it went to voicemail. Didn’t show up the second time, no call or message and then said they couldn’t do the job. Would rather have been told that upfront than wasting a week when i could have been finding another company

Elliot and Sam fitted underfloor insulation for us. In less than a week after contacting them the process was complete. The quote was very reasonable, they explained every step of the process and did a fantastic job without us having to move furniture and take up floorboards. They arrived on time, and left the house nice and tidy after themselves. Early days but it certainly feels warmer in the room and most importantly that horrible little draft has already gone! I can’t thank you both enough. Look forward to you carrying out the work again at our daughter’s house. Thank you again guys.

Fantastic job done by Elliott and Sam. They got in touch straight away, was so helpful, came out within a couple of days to give a quote which was very reasonable then the job was done the following week! They were very friendly, told us exactly what they were going to do. They cleaned up afterwards and explained what they had done. So pleased with our experience with them and I would recommend them 100% hence the 5 stars!!

Fantastic work from the guys on two occasions, insulating my floor then loft and garage. Professional, friendly and careful. They were very respectful of my house and the work has made a massive difference to the temperature. I could not recommend them more.

Elliot at the Insulation Team contacted me via Team Bark after we had placed a job request to top up our loft insulation. They were very easy to deal with and came in with a very competitive price. On the day they arrived on time, were very professional & courteous, taking care to put protective coverings on carpets and vacuuming afterwards. They also encouraged me to inspect their work to ensure we were satisfied. No hesitation in recommending them highly.

I contacted the Insulation team after reading a lot of their reviews, to top up the layers in the loft. A date and time was agreed to review status of the loft. Two came to look at the loft and give us an idea of what could be done and a price, which was agreed and another date was made to carry out the upgrade. Both of the team were very friendly and not pushy in any way, and also advised us of a forthcoming price rise for the insulation. On the day of installation they arrived on time and did nort waste any time on getting started. The job was done in good time to our satisfaction, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company who keep you informed throughout and do the job for a fair price, which in future will save money. Elliot and Sam who I spoke to throughout were very helpful and polite.

Sam and Elliot arrived on time and began the job,topping up my Loft insulation promptly,the job was completed within an hour.
They did a terrific job,and cleaned up after as well.
They worked well as a team and were very polite and friendly.
