The antenna for both sims are very accurate and hold on to signals better than some of my previous numerous IPhones and the same for WiFi

The phone does not get very hot it is inline with it’s rating

Horrific company. Brought an Xbox for £400, the controller didn’t come with the Xbox as stated. Also the Xbox doesn’t even work!!!!! It was a birthday present for a very upset man, now going to have to return it. Very angry and disappointed. STAY AWAY

On time delivery with a newly replaced battery surprised me the most. Marks are deducted as the charging cable is not usable that it cannot plug into the usb c plot of both Mac book itself and the charger.

Ordered (and paid for) a MacBook Air with next-day delivery, but didn't receive any tracking information etc so gave them a call the next afternoon to get an expected delivery time - and then discovered they hadn't actually had what I ordered in stock so nothing had been sent. It's not even the original stock snafu that really annoys me, but that I didn't find out about it until I phoned them, once it should have been on its way to me, to see what was going on with the delivery. I'm now waiting for a refund to be processed so that I can buy one elsewhere, so I'll most likely be without a computer for a week or more. They're getting two stars rather than one because the customer service person I spoke to on the phone was helpful enough, and offered a different (but inferior) model instead.

I was apprehensive in buying refurbished but I need not have worried, I bought a refurbished iPhone from ioutlet and it was perfect. Exactly as described, great condition and set up out of the box. I will shop ioutlet again.
