Disgusting company

Disgusting company, I had to stop on no stopping zone but in a lay-by early hours in the morning for a few seconds. The road was dead and they still fined me.
This company needs shutting down, it a total scam !

Disgusted!

Another waste of time after appeal to the ias (also waste of time) I complained to the ipc, telling the whole story and pointing out 2 code of conducts were not followed, I assume they only read the beginning of my complaint or more than likely do not follow the code of conduct and do nothing! Absolutely disgusted with all 3 companies and the whole process, we should have a parking ombudsman for so many innocent people being robbed by private parking companies, the ias and the ipc who all have the same goal in mind robbing innocent people! Might aswell be talking to a brick wall, they don't read anything and don't care

What a shameful racquet this is

What a shameful racquet this is. PCM you are a vile company for harassing my 82 year old disabled mum. IPC your reviews say it all. Tried to ring you and discuss. Guess what mail box is full. If you weren’t harassing vulnerable people you would be a joke. You are not an independent service. PCM - I can’t wait to see you in court. I won’t let this rest. Good luck.

Thief's

Thief's, absolute scum. Parking fine for using a drop off zone at a hotel. Cowards. The hotel manager even says it should not have happened. Lowlifes.

What a hopeless organisation no details…

What a hopeless organisation no details of the formal complaints procedure and when submitted asked to submit original appeal to the parking organisation - despite saying a button would appear no button provided and technology very poor - My experience thus far is that the IPC is at best a whitewash organisation there to give a flavour of control but absolutely none over it members - feel free to contact me

Got threatened with further charges…

Got threatened with further charges after parking my motorbike outside the hotel I stayed in tried to pay for parking but the app rejected my payment I parked next to some cars and chained it to a railings as I didn’t want it stolen when I got back the cars had gone and revealed the signs attached to the railings! I received the parking charge notice on the 15th they said I had to pay £60 before the 17th so after trying to contact them on the 15th I paid the £60 and contacted them again on the 16th which they said I accepted responsibility by paying I told them I paid under duress because of the threat of increased charges and now they say I can’t appeal the charge and there’s no number to contact this company how support the rip-off companys

Waste of time

Sent a complaint regarding one of their members lack of signs and clear breach of their code of practice, I received a template response that was obviously copied and pasted as it was addressed to a different person! There is no point contacting them, waste of time!

What is even the purpose of this company?

Parking penalty company does not respond to complaint, but on the PCN the advice is to contact IPC (what makes them "international" remains incomprehensible). Their response is that since appeal got rejected they cannot deal with the complaint. So what is the purpose of this company?

I have tried to access their website…but guess what?? Dreadful!!

I have tried to access their website having registered with them previously. They are suggesting I am not putting in the correct password for the the account I registered, and have asked me to put in a new password.. After 10 attempts to get a new password, it has advised that I have made too many attempts.
They have sent me a communication that I need to look at, however I cannot get access to the document. There are no other ways to access them unless someone from their operation reads Trust Pilot. My advice to any store or landlord with a car park....Under NO Circumstances should you deal with any operator who advises they are regulated by this outfit.. If you cannot talk or email them directly, then what is their purpose ?? The way to affect them is to contact the owners of the Companies who have the car park via their email, which they will have, and advise them that you will be taking your business elsewhere, and advise them you will be asking your friends and families to do the same if you see any signage from any associated car parking companies... I believe then, they may get in touch or at least put an email address up with which you can discuss matters with them. Shameful attitude..

Waste of time making complaint about other parking operators

Lodged a complaint with IPC after long standing dispute with Premier Parking Solution (PPS) who refused to show documentary evidence we had not purchased a ticket leading to a parking charge. PPS themselves even directed us to IPC as they 'apparently' have oversight for parking operators. Having read IPC codes of practise it highlights driving standards up and improving the parking experience what a load of rubbish. Absolutely pointless complaint closed indicating they would not get involved, sadly another pointless company which has pretty words and threats of sanctions to parking operators if breaching the codes but in truth will never get enforced as they all protect each other. The whole private parking is nothing more than a method to squeeze as much money out of poor motorists...

Total waste of time complaining to…

Total waste of time complaining to them. I explained the situation clearly in my complaint and they wrote back and said they can't help and that I need to follow the process on the parking charge notice. There was no Parking Charge Notice! That's the point. My complaint was against Napier parking who took my money for parking but had no parking spaces available. I want a refund as they could not supply the service for which they charged. The IPC clearly didn't bother to read my complaint properly and just closed it

They used somebody else's name to answer my complaint

The IPC is where you complain if your complaint to the AIS was dismissed. However your complaint with AIS will always be dismissed and the IPC is just another platform where your complaint will be dismissed again, this time with added arrogance and insult. They used someone else's name when they answered my complaint on their website! That just says it all about the level of competence and care for the motorists.

Do not assume that the IPC logo on any sign signifies credibility or integrity. It does neither!

The IPC (International Parking Community) is an organisation to which Car Park enforcement companies subscribe. The IPC boast that their Codes of Practice is fair and impartial to both the motorist and the companies who they represent.

However, as you would expect that is not the case. If a fully evidenced and factual complaint is made to the IPC about the improper and gross misconduct of one of their members, in this case ARDPark Ltd, the IPC will immediately support their member.

As an example they will state that the content of their IPC Codes of Practice is not mandatory. This therefore allows their members to simply choose to ignore them and carry out unfair and unreasonable actions in an attempt to enforce civil contracts on unsuspecting motorists. Ignoring and not acting in accordance with the CofP appear to be fully endorsed and supported by the IPC

Therefore the IPC cannot be called impartial and clearly represent only their members. Do not assume that the IPC logo on any sign signifies credibility or integrity. It does neither
