My brother and sister
My brother and sister, avoid purchasing your Umrah package from Makkah and Madinah or Safa & Marwa Tours as they are actually the same company with different names. They are dishonest and have taken £1700 from me without booking any package.

I think you're mistaken us for someone else. We never have or did provide any Umrah packages neither are we named Makkah and Madinah nor are we Safa & Marwa Tours. You should be cautious before posting negative reviews on someone else's profile.

Highly recommend this hotel,excellent customer service clean and really comfortable bed,The staff Safiul Islam is very helpful and kind,He always made himself available whenever needed,He kept our room nice and clean,He is such a nice and polite person,I will definitely come this hotel and with my family,One of best hotel,Thank you Sheraton team for making stay comfortable
