They are not to be trusted. I was going through chemo and in hospice care at the time a tech from Core Home Security gave false information to sale a Security system and their partner, ISPC later told me that the security system was being financed. The tech said that I would only be paying a certain amount. I felt trapped after being told that 5 pieces of equipment cost $5k. Recently, I received an alert on Feb 13, 2026 from Experian that ISPC reported my payment 30 days late when they are the ones who automatically withdraw payments from my account. Then a representative said that it could have been a report from June of 2025 that posted February 2026 when they had already reported the first time. As you can see in photo the dates of payments ISPC withdrew. They haven't even withdrew the payment Feb 2026 yet.

I am furious with this company! Their product never worked the way it was supposed to, yet they’ve been taking money out of my account every single month for a year. After all that time, I still owe basically the same amount I started with — over $7,000! It’s unbelievable. Nothing has improved, no progress on the balance, just endless payments that go nowhere. This company feels like a scam — taking people’s money without delivering any real results. Beware before signing up with ISPC.
