The product was delivered on time and worked flawlessly. I had purchased a Corsair ARGB splitter cable, which was available on very few sites. I searched for a month, but either I couldn't create an account on those sites, or they refunded me without sending the order. Finally, I found this site, placed my order, received the product, and I am really happy!

If you're ordering from them online, make sure to record an unboxing video. I received an empty package, and they refused to help without the video. Feels like they care more about money than customer experience.

I ordered from them, and got an empty box. The packaging doesn't seem to be tampered, so most probably these guys are doing fraud with some orders

I had a logical conversation with your representative Mr. Soumyadeep prior to placing order. Convenient and precise tracking before delivery. Timely delivery. Good packaging. Only negative is a little unwarranted mess-up with the courier person who demanded extra money for doorstep delivery. Otherwise quite happy with the purchase from The ITGear and hope to continue transaction in future.

I had a problem from delivery side and they solved very quickly. Loved service response.

1st I was confused whether it is legit or not, but it is 100% legit store, I removed the package with a shock because of the bubble wrap that covered the keyboard was more than 3 layer, don't worry about the shippment guys, one of the best packaging I've ever seen. You may think that I am a guy from their own store, by the way I am from TN, the store is in bangalore.

First, thank you for the graphics card, which is working fine. Second, the delivery could have been better as the product sustained some damage while shipping, i.e., a dent on the metal bracket and the heat sink was a bit bent. The packaging was excellent but the delivery agency was the one who was at fault.
