Probably the worst customer service I have ever received from any company. It is impossible to get anything sorted such as car finance approval, discuss mortgage options and the IVA itself.
Customer services just say they will message the supervisory team but nobody ever calls you back or even emails.
If your payment isn’t in the account for them to take though they will call you on an hourly basis.
After speaking to debts made simple, they referred me to The IVA advisor, they rang me few days later to do an assessment.. sent me forms to sign through email.. and within a week or so they had a meeting with the creditors, and got it approve. I can't thank them enough 😃. I am no longer stressing, so thank you so
