The consultation to place order was great, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. The website they have is useful and informative. The paying system - clever. The fitter was great, he was quick, tidy, and obviously experienced. The shutter is as ordered and fits a treat. The value for money is excellent. I can truly recommend… but, I had to wait 12-weeks for delivery and fitting - the reason being shutters come from China on a very slow boat. You will need to plan around a very very long lead time hence the 4-stars.

Although the original installation went quite well, it took us two years to realize that the shutters provided for identical windows, were not the same. The upper section above the cross member contained three shutters on one window and four shutters on the other window. Any attempt at a response from these people has proved negative.

Excellent service all round, from the first call to measurement and then install. Kept well informed with the progress of the order and on installation day, fitter arrived well in advance, he was very friendly and professional. The shutters are fabulous, so much, we want more windows fitted.with shutters.Excellent and would/have recommended to family/ friends.

I couldn’t recommend The Joiner Shutter Company enough. From the initial measurement to the fitting, everything was completed within the 12-week timeframe as promised.

I absolutely love the shutters they are exactly what I wanted and look perfect in the room. The fitters were amazing on the day. I’d had my ceiling plastered after the original measurements, which made the shutters slightly too small for the space, but the team really pulled it out of the bag and made it work perfectly.

The whole experience was professional and stress-free. They were originally recommended to me by family members, and I wouldn’t hesitate to pass that recommendation on to anyone who asked.

Excellent all round - from Rob who came with all the samples and did the measuring, Sarah who kept us updated with the progress and arranged the fitting appointments to Drew, fitter extraordinaire who did a fabulous job fitting the shutters and blinds throughout the house. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone

Top quality shutters installed at a competitive price. We've had the shutters for 5 years and they are still solid with no structural issues.

Could not be happier with the service I received from start to finish. Professional service and great quality product at a reasonable price in comparison to other quotes I received. Rob was really informative and helpful with the ton of questions I asked to help me decide which style to go for. I was kept up to date along the way whilst the shutters were made and the fitters were excellent. Super efficient, professional and friendly in their work and left my home clean and tidy. Can't recommend them enough!

Joinery shutter company were great throughout the whole process survey great price and great work. They actually came to quote for the upstairs flat and we asked for a quote and both of us went ahead no problems with the install and they are still great. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again if we ever move house

Great service and shutters are superior!
Rob came round to survey all the windows in our Victorian property as we have a certain style window opening and standard shutters wouldn't work with our set up.
Types and styles all explained and samples provided so you can choose shutters to suit your colour schemes.
Delivery is a little longer but worth the wait. Sarah keeps you updated and books in the fitting slot to work around you.
Not as expensive as I thought they would be either so we had a very positive experience.
We have had some in for over a year and they haven't dropped or moved and now we've had the one for the bay window completed we are all finished and it looks gorgeous.
Very satisfied and we would highly recommend Rob, Sarah and the team.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Rob was fantastic at our initial consultation, he listened to exactly what i wanted and explained how he would achieve it. I had regular updates about the progress of my shutters which was great. Drew was wonderful who was in charge of installation, such a lovely guy and did an amazing job. Shutters look incredible, i couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend 😀
