Defective Sunglasses
Defective Sunglasses
I was excited to receive this product from Joli website. Unfortunately I received the sunglasses bent out of shape because a piece was missing. The number listed on the website goes straight to voicemail and also tried texting them, nothing. I emailed them photos. I tried reaching out to them for a solutions and haven't been able to get this resolved since April 28th. My last resort was to call my credit card company. I'll be more than happy to send back the product. Please provide me with a shipping label and it will be on its way back to you! Customer support definitely needs improvement.

Process was a breeze
The entire process was very easy. I purchased a pair of Ugg boots. There were many pictures and a very thorough description of the boots. The shipping was extremely fast. I am very happy with my purchase. Will definitely be purchasing through the Joli Shop again!
