I paid $125 to the BR Lab to create a logo for my company on June 8, 2019 and I even signed a contract. I have yet to receive anything for this and they have not responded to my refund emails. I will be seeking a lawsuit because this company is obviously a scam.
On 6/2/2020 I remitted half payment for social media services to be completed by Juan and his team. On 6/26/2020 I sent over requested pictures and specifications for the project to be completed. I was aware this would push back the delivery date. The expected completion date was for 7/31/2020. I reached out multiple times for updates on the following dates: 7/21/2020, 8/2/2020, 8/6/2020. 8/8/2020. Finally on 8/11/2020 I received an update from Juan B**** indicating I would receive an update no later than 8/14/2020 by 6pm EST. On 8/15/2020, I reached back out to Juan for an update and to no avail no response. I reached out to Shaniqua the project manager on 8/18/2020 and as of 8/21/2020 I still have not received a response.
