No Refunds!

Terrible policies!

As a returning customer I was needing to cancel my latest order for emergency financial reasons. They refused to cancel the order despite it not being shipped yet due to their “no refunds once an order is placed” terms. Do not trust an online only shop that does not offer returns. Their customer service can take a few days to respond. It is pretty lousy when the owner posts her wealth & “success” on her private Instagram account to have such strict no return/refund policies. It’s called insurance if you are worried about product returns/loss as an owner.

As for the clothing? Quality is decent for price. Not made in the USA but Portugal and China. I question if this is truly cotton (half is polyester) and sustainable quality as they post zero evidence or little information on supply. Also no evidence on factory standards. Saying it on your website is one thing but showing the product sourcing and factories’ ethical standards are another.

Jubilee Apparel - Don't do it

Jubilee Apparel - don't do it.
I bought a gift for my niece and Jubilee Apparel sent it and it was not delivered, I never received it. The only customer service you can reach out to is an email. I recieved one response to my inquiries. "Once it leaves the warehouse it's not our problem". Most companies do not work this way, in good faith of the customer. Regardless, UPS said they were giving money back to the company and I had to work with them. They will not respond to my messages for my refund. So, I guess they will keep my money, UPS's refund and I still have no shirt for my niece. I definitely think the worst part is ZERO response to my email messages. ZERO. Don't do it.
