If I could give 0 I would.

If I could give 0 I would.

Things to note if you purchase:
- yawning customer service advisers
- holes in stock from rats and mice
- issues on delivery with every order.
- awfull customer service when things go wrong. I.e missing items ect

The list could go on and on. Considering we have brought over 10,000 pounds worth of stock over time we have now stopped using them as all of the issues have built up and not issued refunds for damaged / missed stock.

They have also taken off all our high value orders of our online account and won't put then back on, it's a good job I have kept all invoices sent via email from them.

Just be aware that prices maybe great but if your prepared to deal with awfull service and awfull condition of stock.

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. Items missing emailed KK replied asking for bank details which was sent I then placed another order in which a case of sweets had all melted together. Emailed a picture of sweets no acknowledgment whatsoever also emailed after 3 weeks regarding my refund again no acknowledgment. Telephoned customer service explained about the refund was told 14 working days - ok I get that I then mention the sweets to be told they melted because I must have kept them in a hot place. These were delivered like this. Customer service rep said she would need to speak to her manager and get back to me never did. I rang again today a week later regarding my refund and my complaint regarding the sweets was told to check my bank and to be fair the refund had gone in but regarding the sweets was told basically it wasn’t their problem because A it must have happened during delivery B I’d let them melt and C they were only the supplier and there was nothing they could do. How about replace this item because I refuse to believe I was the only buyer who had these sweets turn up in this condition. I put the phone down as I was getting nowhere. Received a call less than a minute later to be told they could offer me a voucher code off another order. No thank you I will take my business elsewhere
