Bought that heart shaped ring light for $40, waited for a month and got nothing. I decided to contact support and Steph H said it would take 5-7 weeks so i waited longer. I ended up waiting 3 months and on my third time contacting them, requested a refund. Still have yet to get that refund half a month later

This is a scam company and we need to sue them!
They take the money and even respond to people saying they are experiencing delays and then never send the product

Ordered the Safari baby mobile on the 19th of january. Still havent receivere a confirmation That it has actually been handeled and gotten ready for chipping. I got a reply from a girl named Steph that it should be soon about 3 weeks ago. Now they stopped replying so I think that my money is gone and there will be no baby mobile :(

A fraud company that steals money. I ordered safari mobile in January, but I still haven't received it. Steph writes that company will return the money, but still nothing.

This company is definitely a scam. I ordered the animal mobile for our nursery in January 2022 and still have not received my package. Emailed Sarah multiple times, takes forever to get a response. And when she does reply she keeps telling me I will be receiving a tracking number in 3-5 days. So ridiculous

Scam. I ordered the heart-shaped ring light from them two months back and never received my item. Tracking says it entered the country over a month ago. Contacted them and Sarah told me it was lost but to wait an additional 7-10 business days and it nobody contacted me, they'd refund me. It's been weeks and they wouldn't respond again. I emailed them through their page again and Steph now tells me it takes 5-7 weeks because it's a custom build? Nah. Requested a refund, we'll see how it goes.

Absolute scam, I ordered from them in January it’s March and still not received anything, I emailed someone called Steph who said the courier lost it and they’ll find my parcel but wouldn’t explain the fake reviews and why you physically couldn’t post anything lower than 4 stars

Also ordered the heart shaped ring light from an ad in Tiktok and never received it. It’s been two months, at this point I’m just issuing a charge back through my credit card company… It’s really frustrating that Tiktok allows companies like this to advertise even though they’re blatantly fraudulent

I bought a ring light from them because it was on super sale. Normally from Kawaii Lighting they are $350 but kawaiihub has them for $39. I read comments on TikTok that people were able to buy them for that cheap on Aliexpress and Alibaba so I though this was the same. Nope, just a ripoff. I also ordered from Aliexpress and never received one. I just filed a fraud claim on my credit card for this scam.
