The Kdom Shop Reviews 

I ordered a pair of shoes in August 2020, was told to expect delays due to COVID.
Fair enough.
A few months later I email support to ask why I haven’t heard anything about my order. I get told the due to the pandemic MY country has blocked all shipments from South Korea, China and the US. Which I was fairly certain wasn’t true because I had received other packages from Weverse and Wish among other sites in this time.
But I let it go for a bit in case whatever company they shipped through truly wasn’t having anything to do with Australia.
Fast forward to January 2021 and I’ve still received nothing.
So I email again and get the same response of them being unable to ship to Australia and that as soon as they can, my order will be sent to me…
It’s now September 2021 and I feel like it will be pointless to email again if I’m just going to get the same response.
They also have a ‘no refunds’ policy so I’ve lost over $100 because of this.
I understand times have been rough for everyone, but I think after more than a year it’s safe to say I’ll never see those shoes or my money.

I ordered last year, the payment was taken from my account but only half of my order arrived. Not to mention, the two out of four items that I received were: 1. The two cheapest of the items that I ordered and 2. I didn’t get proper notice of their shipping or when to expect them. Each item had its own tracking number and never properly updated. I will take partial responsibility because, after I had initially reached out to them about not receiving anything (I ordered in April and reached out in September), I had forgotten about it and missed their message. When I emailed again though, it took about two to three emails for me to even get some sort of reply and, when I did, I was told that it was going into the weekend and that I would have an update by that following Monday. It’s coming up on April soon enough which would make it an absolute full year since I placed my order. I have still, after trying to reach out to them on their website/by email for the nth time and even trying to contact them on their Instagram account, yet to receive any sort of update on getting my items or even a refund of some sort which I would much more appreciate.

Not to mention, the Twice mask that I received was awfully made. The straps that hook behind the ears were attached haphazardly and so the mask can’t even be worn comfortably because it sits wrong on the face. Thankfully, the Korean heart cap I received wasn’t too bad. It just seems kind of not the best (as in kind of durable) material; it seems kind of cheap.

I will never make another purchase with them.

I ordered backpack in november, money was taken from my account but backpack never arrived to me. I contacted them, twice, and they never respond me, even tho they claim that you will get a full refund if you do not recieve item you order in two months.
I am never ordering from that site again. Very bad.

I ordered a BTS Light stick from thekdom. no tracking number was sent to me. It has been 1 month, no news from my order. support team keeps stalling.

Refund process ok

I placed an order with this company is September and still have not received the items or my money back. They charge an insane amount of shipping and handling for their "free" items. The company said they ran out of stock on one item and should have it within a week (that was almost 2 months ago). The other item that was "free" still hasn't shown up either. Still no gift to give or money back to go buy something else at a different more trust worthy company. I've emailed the customer service several times and received minimal response but still no answers or a phone number to talk to a human.

I love the app, this is the perfect for all kpop fans. I would recommend everyone to use it if they are interested or love kpop.

I feel really proud of Being a K fandon.I feel comfortable when I shop BTS things from the Kdom shop.Their things are really affordable n unique.Dats why I love those things from Kdom shop.

The kdom shop is unique and their stuff are almost beautiful and the price is really affordable.I cant imagine myself buying here many stuff just because their stuff are proper and very beautiful and their price are really affordable and i want to share to my friends to buy here because there are so reaaly unique and affordable.

I really love Kdom shop with everything in me . Their service is literally the best . I love how their prices are reasonable in both shipping and products . I could also market the shop to people to try buying stuffs at Kdom shop .

well ive tried a lot of kpop shops but i still havent tried this since for now im BROKEEEE but i think that this shop is amazing since dosent have high prices so i think every kpop fan should know about this shop 👌👌

It's a really dubious task when it comes to ordering merch online especially when don't belong to the native country and u r BE-roke (Ami can understand 😂) and hence don't want to waste money buy getting fraud merch. But this site has particularly been helpful with their shipments all across the world and various discounts as well as great quality merch!

What I like about this store is that it is one of the most reliable to get BTS merchandise, especially the Dynamite shoes, I would love to have them for this and the reasons I like this store... 💜😎
