The worst possible ‘service.’
My wife booked a cab to take our 93 year old friend to a medical appointment.
Because the cab never turned up, the appointment was missed.

Appalling Service
Appalling Service! I booked a taxi well in advance the day before departure, only to get a text message 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive stating that they would be delayed by 30 minutes due to driver availability! The taxi was for my in-laws who came down to London for the Jubilee celebrations. My father in law has mobile disabilities as well as poor eyesight and needs extra time to get around. I cancelled the booking and drove them to Euston Station on my work day (having had to cancel planned meetings) to ensure they arrived with plenty of time in hand. If I could give zero stars I would.

This company is dead the worst in London 1h and 5m to get a cab and they tell you 10/15 min on the phone then they lie for about 1 hour I suggest DONT use them tou will miss your flights and job interviews of you depend in this company

Cab in greenwich
We booked two cabs to Cutty Sark pub in Greenwich at 8pm this evening to come at 8.30pm. One turned up at just past 9pm after we called twice to chase. The other still didn’t show - on calling again it was still 20 minutes away (so 50 minutes late from when we had requested it to come). At this point my husband cancelled the cab and got a train home as this was quicker. At no point was there any customer service. No one seemed to care that the cars were late. The only way we found out anything out was to continually call and talk to the shirty people on the phone. I called this company as an alternative to Uber/Addison Lee as I prefer to try and support a more local (well south London) business. Unfortunately this experience has not persuaded me that this is better or even comparable to the bigger companies that I know steal their business. Such a shame as it would all round have been quicker and easier not to bother with a cab at all and have just got the train home. I would not recommend this cab service.
