Avoid…kept £300 deposit - No treatment!

Avoid…. £300 deposit kept for no treatment.
My first appointment was put back due to me having a medical procedure - she didn’t even go in to the salon
2ed appointment I had a dry patch above my lip - refused to do treatment
Asked for an additional £49 to secure my appointment when this was questioned she cancelled the appointment and has said she is keeping the £300.
I’m seeking legal advice as it seems criminal. NOT a good experience and would definitely not recommend

Burnt and permanently scarred my face…

Burnt and permanently scarred my face with the chemical peel after leaving it on too long. Completely avoiding any responsibility, refusing to even provide insurance details for me to claim for my losses (she still took full payment for the treatment! And I couldn’t work effectively afterwards whilst my face was full of open wounds and then large scabbing). Not very understanding or sympathetic at all. The clinic is nice until something goes wrong. Please be careful and do your research on what could go wrong because rest assured she will not support you if it does.
