Technician was professional and resolved the issue promptly, can’t argue with the price at all.

Excellent service from this company had the misfortune of using another company prior to calling the Key Team and being charged some exorbitant price.

This guy is honest,hard working and genuine who puts customer service before everything else.

Very impressed with this Business, Danny and the Team did a first class job providing me with a replacement Car key, clearly not a straightforward task as it required a couple of attempts with different programming devices to complete. Nevertheless the Key Team stuck with it and I now have my additional key. Its identical in looks and function to the manufacturers original and considerably cheaper than what the dealership were asking. A super professional team that I would strongly recommend....well done The Key Team.

Used the key team twice now, would highly recommend them, had a couple of questions about my ignition barrel and rather than making money from me advised me to leave it alone because it might not cause an issue

I locked my keys in the boot of my Merc. The nicest young guy got there within an hour and picked the drivers door lock, crawled into the back and removed the plate behind the armrest where I could see the keys shining like vision of beauty from the sun shining through the windscreen. I could have cried as I’d been stranded two hours from home and had to stay in a hotel the night before because I had been working late (musician) there wasn’t any chance to get help after midnight on a Saturday night. Thank you 🙏🏻

I had tried a couple of “not able to do the job” engineers before I turned to the Key Team.
Danny booked me and kept me updated on his arrival time. When he arrived he explained exactly what he was going to do and got on with it and produced the required new fully programmed key as required at half the price of the main dealer

Fantastic service, came on a Sunday morning. My only gripe is that the key did not have a Mercedes badge but I can source elsewhere.

The key team are FABULOUS !!! I had a few quotes for getting new key card/ reprogrammed & they were way cheaper than any.of the others.I dealt with Danny whi was AMAZING !! Same exactly when he had said, kept me updated throughout & explained everything to me.
He went WAY OVER his call of duty !!

Got InTouch through phone ..then rest of communication was through what's app .. very good coms ..said they where busy ...but still managed to turn up on the day they said .. said it was a cheaper fix and reduced the bill accordingly.... brilliant service great people to deal with
