Extremely Poor Service — Still Waiting for My Wire Transfer
I sent a wire from my Kingdom Bank account 12 days ago, and the funds have still not arrived. There is no proper customer service, no phone number, and the only contact option is an online chat that provides no real assistance. I have been waiting three days for a response about this transaction and have received no update or resolution.
This level of service is unacceptable for a financial institution handling client funds.

I have been a corporate client of the bank for 2 years. During these two years, all incoming and outgoing transactions have been successfully processed. I keep in touch with the bank’s employees via Telegram. My personal contact is Mr. Yavuz, who has always been helpful whenever I had a question or problem, and all issues have always been resolved. Many times, I received replies even outside of regular banking hours, and sometimes even on weekends.
The bank can exchange and transfer many different currencies, and it also allows cryptocurrency transactions. However, it is important to note that their anti–money laundering controls are very strict. I often have to provide proof of why someone sent us money or why I am sending money to someone else. There were also occasions when I had to prove that my company carries out real business activities, even though I had already submitted all the official documents and, as mentioned above, I am already a long-time client. I found this a bit excessive, but since I have nothing to hide, I willingly provided the requested information.
The bank also offers both virtual and physical bank cards, which is a new and very useful feature.

The overall experience is good. Rabeb, our account manager, is very helpful and responsive. I also found the online banking portal very good. It has most of the features I need for accounting. It would be even better it can connect with Xero or QBO.

We have had an account with Kingdom bank for 3 years
They have moved money for us and transacted
Then upon going to send a 30K wire to TradingView
They held our money hostage requesting updated documents
We asked for our account to be closed and to send the money back to the same wallet that sent the funds to Kingdom (No AML/Compliance risk)
Close account and send funds
They are continuing to hold all the funds hostage and not send them to us
We are filing formal demands with attorneys for our money
Even while refusing to release our money and close our account down, they continue to hold our funds hostage and charge us maintenance fees monthly on the money in our account
Would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. Much better services with alot lower fees elsewhere. Kingdom is a fee gouging business
