We purchased a Keurig K1550 from this company one year ago - and I did search this company and this unit - it's a 'small' office unit - and not cheap! From the reviews it should have lasted at least 3years (of office use) - we are just 2 people and used it maybe 3-4 times a day. It broke at the one year mark -neither Keurig nor the kitchen barista will do anything to support us. Here are copies of correspondence from both Keurig and the kitchen barista:

As the brewer is a commercial unit, any repairs or technical work would need to be performed by an authorized service provider. Since the brewer was purchased through Barista Coffee Solutions, we recommend contacting them directly for further assistance regarding repair or replacement options.

Thank you for your email.
From what I can see, the machine you purchased is now outside of its warranty period. We provide a 1-year parts and labour warranty, and that coverage has expired.
At the moment, we do not offer repair services for the Keurig K150, K1550, or K2500 models.
