Scam company - AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I never received my order, no correspondence with company avoid.

Have not received item. Have sent 3 emails without reply and tried numerous times to contact them by phone. With no response. Really disappointed!! Have now opened a case with PayPal

Goods not received. No response to customer service emails.

They use a third party app (which you have to install) to send tracking info, but the tracking is incorrect and inconsistent with the (well-hidden!) tracking link on their own site.

T&Cs refer to the site being operated by, "cladding outlet," a company which doesn't show up in any independent searches.

8/4/23 order placed. 12/4/23 email saying order on its way. Emailed kitchen doors asking where goods are on 15/4/23, 20/4/23 and 25/4/23. No response. Rang their customer service 25/4/23? Line dead. Shocking customer service . Order still not arrived

I cannot rate this any stars as my product has not turned up. Frequent messages have resulted in no response. I ordered in March 30th.

Order placed, no confirmation of the order recieved, however money taken and no goods after a couple of weeks of waiting with the customer service line always engaged. Beware if you are thinking of using this company!

A week later and no handles and no communication. Phone not answered, email not replied to. The website says quick and efficient but this company is anything but. If you expect quick and efficient to be, well quick and efficient I would suggest looking elsewhere for your handles

Terrible shipping. Ordered some Kitchen door hinges for £20 on the 11th. Paid £10 shipping for 2-4 days delivery. It is now the 18th August and they still have not been shipped.....

Paid £10 for 2-3 day delivery over a week ago.
Communication through messenger was not answered.

Doors are excellent when they arrive, always takes longer than 2-4 working days though.
Also after sales is non excistant, sent several emails and never had a reply once.
Not even an acknowledgement that my email has been received.

Parcel Force messed up, but Adam sorted the problemuickly. Good result, happy customer

Great company great product delivered efficiently and packed well so no damage et cetera bought from these people before waiting something at the moment will be buying more in the future they are very good quality door for the money forget these companies who want to fetch you a kitchen deal with these people and do it yourself it’s easy P easy regards John

Lovely looking door fits dishwasher pleased with colour and style. Will use them again to replace other doors.in time also good value.
