I’ve only knit about 2” of a baby blanket & it looks lovely so far. Didn’t give 5 stars as obviously it hasn’t been washed yet but I don’t expect any problem there.

Disappointed to find that whilst knitting the first ball I reached the third flower pattern to find a knot in the wool which was joined to the stripes which run between the flower pattern. I had to cut a length of wool from the ball until I reached the flower pattern, therefore leaving me with a length of wool from the ball which I will probably have to rejoin to the correct area of the ball pattern. I'm hoping that this is not the case with the other balls. Apart from this issue which means I have ends to darn in when sewing up, the wool is very pretty and lovely to knit with.

Hi

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

I'm very sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the knot in the yarn you've received.

Knots in yarn are an inevitable part of the manufacturing process and most suppliers tell us that up to two knots per ball is considered normal.

But as
knitters and crocheters ourselves, we do understand the frustration knots can cause. If you find that the knot(s) leave you short of yarn, please do let us know and we'll be happy to send out an extra ball.

If we can help with anything else just let us know.

A good self patterning yarn, ordered it in three colours, ideal for making baby blankets.
