Lovely soft yarn but it’s 4 ply weight not double knitting

We are sorry to hear you are find the yarn thinner than expected.
As it does not have much of a fluffy 'halo' that you get with some acrylic yarn, it will appear to be thinner. However, when we made the swatches, it did fall within the normal tension expected of a DK.
If you feel this may not work for your project, you're welcome to return any unused items to us for a refund.
I've linked below to Royal Mail’s website where you can create a free returns label.
Once you've created your label, Royal Mail will send you a separate email which contains a QR code. Take this along to your post office so that the code can be scanned and they will print a label for you. Alternatively, you can print the label yourself once you've created it.

Very pretty but a little on the thin side for DK. Hopefully will crochet up to look good
This yarn is rather thin for DK and is prone to splitting. However, its beautifully soft and lovely colours. I'm now making a light weight baby blanket. Not sure I would buy it again, have to see how it turns out.

This definitely the yarn I've been dreaming about. The self pattern it creates is really lovely and hopefully I'll get the cardigan finished before summer
