I love the Elements simply silky wool. I’ve been using it for years. It’s so soft, though quite fine (thinner than normal Double Knit wool).

The yarn is amazingly soft and easy to work with. The colours however are not as bright as in the pictures which is a bit disappointing.

Lovely yarn have planned to use 2 colours for a jumper for my granddaughter as only 4 of the same colour but there is more than enough for short sleeved tops.I love the colours.

Lovely colour combination, still to use this yarn, just couldn't resist the colours.

This yarn is smooth and silky and works really well for crochet as it gives good pattern definition. It is hard to knit with as it is loosely spun and tends to split. The box I bought was as shown in the picture and was good value for money. Another issue with this yarn is that some of the different colours are different thicknesses. I have noticed this with a number of modern yarns and I do not understand why it occurs. It is far from ideal if you are making a multicoloured itme

Great value. Works up as 4ply but is so good for the item I’m making.

Very disappointing. Was very keen to use to make daisy granny square blanket but no matter how slow I crocheted it continually split. Stopped using it.

I purchased the Elements Simply Silky selection and the colours are so beautiful, the wool is lovely to the touch, it definitely has the silky feel to it, it is so soft. I'm not sure what I'm going to use the wool for yet, but part of me wants to order another box, mostly because I thought they were 100gm balls. That will teach me to read the description properly. Over all I would say I truly recommend this wool from the Knitting Network, great price, and amazing feel and colour of wool

Excellent yarn. When it knits up you would think it was cotton, not 100 percent acrylic.
