I bought it when it was in the sale so I got a bargain. It has some wool content and looks like it’s a good quality yarn. I haven’t used it yet.

Excellant to knit with, I got this brand in the deep red. Very similar to the Emu tweed version. Does not split. I only used it to knit a hat and it came out great.

Lovely yarn but not a standard DK The Elements Tweed DK is a lovely soft yarn, but it doesn't crochet to a standard DK gauge. I'm an experienced crocheted and I'm used to having to adjust hook size or stitch count to meet the required gauge, but even using a 3mm hook instead of a 4mm it's still needing the stitch count to be adjusted. I should have realised it would be a thinner yarn when it has 330m to 100g. Having said all that, it's a lovely yarn and very good value.

Only received this yarn in the last few days but I've started a long cowl scarf. Soft to work with and a lovely retro, gentle look. Colour is an attractive muted shade.

Looks good, nice and soft. I have not used it yet.

The wool has a lovely warm feeling but the wool, when knitting is full of fluff balls. It's like when you wash a garment with a paper tissue in it that you forget to remove before putting in the washing machine. But it seems that this wool has been mixed in with some sort of fluff.

Hi Elaine,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a Trustpilot review.

We're pleased to hear you are happy with the warmth of the yarn.

The only thing we can think of that this could be is the nepp in the yarn which once knitted up creates the tweed effect.

If this isn't the case and you
find this yarn isn't going to be suitable for your project, you are more than welcome to send back any unused yarn for a refund via our free returns link.

This can be found on our website our via our customer care team.

Kind regards,

Luke.
