I'm very sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with this.
Knots in yarn are an inevitable part of the manufacturing process and most suppliers tell us that up to two knots per 50g ball is considered normal.
But as knitters and crocheters ourselves, we do understand the frustration knots can cause. If you find that the knot(s) leave you short of yarn, please do let us know, and we'll be happy to send out an extra ball.

Love this wool * knitted up well but pattern said 10 & I used 12.despite folowing pattern to the letter,b.not helped by ordering 2 more balls that was put in a bag so tight when I used sisters to open I cut through the wool inside as well.... Please take a fresh look at your packing..!

I love King Cole wool and patterns even the value wool is great and knits up perfectly
This is a nice to use for crochet toys as i cannot touch chenille and find this easier for me to use
Colour is completely different from website! Darker and greyer. It's nice but not as sold!

Knits up well
Lovely wool, just what I wanted
Good price, arrived promptly
I’ve bought this for my granddaughter birthday. She hasn’t seen it yet. So I can’t comment about it yet.
The yarn itself was lovely, apart from the numerous knots in it
