Beautifully soft and easy to use.
This yarn is super soft and it has some lovely colours in the range. However, it becomes very fluffy and can split quite easily, so have had to take a star off for this because it has made my project quite challenging at times.

I've used King Cole before and was glad to be able to source it again online. Delivery was quicker than expected too.
I ordered 4 balls of this product. Not only was this item delayed without explanation but when it eventually arrived the parcel was not secure,sellotape (not parcel tape) coming undone. The wool had no other form of covering it had just been placed inside the box that had clearly been used before because it had an airmail sticker on the outside. The cardboard was degrading and there were pieces of it stuck to all the balls of wool but the worst discovery was that on one of the balls there was a large dark stain which was very obvious and the label had started to come off and was stuck on again with sellotape. The packer of this parcel must have been aware of this stain - it was very obvious. I am giving 3 of the balls to a charity shop and I shall have to throw away the fourth. I'm not sure why you think that it is satisfactory to send purchases out in this state but I am sure that I will never use your firm again.
