I very much like the different colours, but find it not so easy to knit with. It has broken at one point and i find it shreds easily

I love the colour scheme within this ball of wool. I haven’t started it yet but I am planning to start a crochet blanket soon.
Beautiful colour range and crochets well. Quite a lightweight DK so delicate when made up. Can snag slightly if you have to undo your work (I am a beginner!) but this hasn’t put me off as the colour change makes it very interesting to use. I am currently using the colour “magic”
Lovely colours in this Riot wool, but have found although DK it feels thinner in places and does not knit/crochet as well as expected.
Very poor to many thin pieces won't buy again

The yarn is difficult to use and the thickness varies from very thin to very thick. The colours are lovely

The King Cole Riot DK is a 'slubby' yarn and it is designed so that the thickness varies slightly throughout the ball.
However, the tension will be correct when calculated over a 10cm square.
If you feel this may not be suitable for your project, please let our Customer Care Team know as they can help you with returning the yarn to us free of charge.

Very colourful, easy to crochet
Disappointed. Yarn inconsistent, sometimes thick and then thin. Splits easily. There was a knot that was not aligned correctly and I had to wind yarn on some way to get it to match
Lovely colours but don’t go wrong. Impossible to unpick as the wool grabs on and won’t unpick.
Thinner than I expected so used it double

This knit beautifully
excellent and inspirational

This is in fact a characteristic of this yarn and is designed to give a more rustic appearance when knitted.
It is made from a single ply structure and does vary slightly in thickness but works to a standard DK tension when knitted.
