Good size for beginner.
Pony needles are nice to use - always use them for knitting little toys for charity.

I bought them to use for small items as I find it annoying to have the needles poke me when I am knitting something larger, they tuck themselves under my arms. 😀
perfect for knitting small squares
Whilst the needles are fine, were well packaged in an over large box and delivered on time, they were a little short for what I wanted! I had mistaken that hey were for a child’s knitting. However, I was able to buy an adult shorter this size off the local craft market!
