Not sure I agree with description of snuggly I found it a bit scratchy.

We're sorry you are finding the yarn not as soft as expected.
This is a very popular yarn, and we have had no reports that the yarn is scratchy as you have described.
However, you are not obliged to keep it if it is not suitable for your project. You're welcome to return any unused items to us for a refund.
I've linked below to Royal Mail’s website where you can create a free returns label.
Once you've created your label, Royal Mail will send you a separate email which contains a QR code. Take this along to your post office so that the code can be scanned and they will print a label for you. Alternatively, you can print the label yourself once you've created it.

When sending the parcel, we recommend that you ask for proof of postage from the post office.

Easy to knit and good range of colours
Lovely, soft yarn to knit with. Only thing to look out for is that it doesn’t go as far as other DK so order an extra ball.

The ball of yarn feels soft, but the yarn crochets tight and like cotton, had to order extra yarn as the baby blanket I am crocheting does not stretch. Should have used a softer dk yarn.
Lovely wool to knit with. My granddaughter is very sensitive to touch and how things feel and I’m sure the Cardi I’m knitting for her will be loved.

I love this yarn! The colours are excellent and I have several patterns from the range that I knit regularly for the children in my life. Each ball of yarn goes a long way & the price paid means excellent value for money. I would recommend this to everybody!
