Yarn is ok but tends to split during use

We're sorry to hear you’re finding the yarn is splitting when using it.
We have found that this yarn has quite a loose ply (and this is why it is so soft) and being quite a silky feel, it can feel like it splits when using it.

Yet to be used but has a nice soft feel and twist so should knit up well and be be ok for a child.

Not used this wool before so thought I would make something for my grandson. Love the olive colour and it feels quite sofy
I think this is the best wool I have ever used, it does not split so looks more professional. I will contact Stylecraft when I have finished the garment to let them know how pleased I am with the finished article.
I love working with this wool and it is my go to for double knitting it is really nice to work with and looks amazing
