Very disappointed in this wool started knitting got to second row of garment and the wool had a double knot had to break tge joint abd restart only to find all through the wool was double joints having to break tge wool this is the second wool I have purchased and would not recommend it

I'm very sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the yarn you've received.
Knots in yarn are an inevitable part of the manufacturing process and most suppliers tell us that up to two knots per 50g ball is considered normal.
But as knitters and crocheters ourselves, we do understand the frustration knots can cause. If you find that the knot(s) leave you short of yarn, please do let us know and we'll be happy to send out an extra ball.
