Disappointed by quality and customer care
I’ve genuinely admired The Knotty Ones for their aesthetics and the 'sisterhood' values they champion, which is why this experience has been so disappointing.
My 'Delčia' sweater loses its shape significantly after just a few wears. When I reached out, the only solution offered was to wash the garment to make it temporarily shrink back. As a customer, I don’t find this practical or sustainable and it feels like the brand is avoiding responsibility for the actual functionality of the piece.
It’s disheartening that the beautiful communication about community and caring for the customer seems to disappear the moment a real problem arises. From a premium brand, I expected more than just great marketing; I expected a real solution when a product fails to meet basic quality expectations.
