I wish i'd read the reviews before buying this so called AI koala. It is no more interactive than any teddy / cuddly animal that i could have bought for a couple of pounds from the charity shop or pound shop. I forked out £ 32 for this piece of rubbish. It has a horrendous smell which has set off my asthma and it will be going to a charity shop in the morning. I am so annoyed that i fell for such nonsense. I don't want anyone else to lose money, so please do not fall for this, as it is a total scam.

ITS A COMPLETE SCAM
Been waiting on my purchase since 8th August….
It isn’t going to come, I have wrote 5 emails.
Even the contact number is fake.
Beware and do not use this company.

It's a total scam.
I have only just found this out from reading reviews on Trustpilot.
I ordered one of these kolas, well over one month ago, I'm still waiting for delivery.
From what I have read this morning on Trustpilot, I have been scammed as for so many other people. It's disgusting and wrong for any company to advertise fake goods.
Scams like this need to be stoped. I shell be getting legal advise, and taking action regarding this scam company.

SCAM! This person is stealing your money! IT'S NOT EVEN A COMPANY! It's a person shipping a cheap, ugly non interactive stuffed koala from their home address in China!

This company uses fake AI advertising to promote a toy that is battery operated and no better than something you would pick up from a show as a prize! Do not waste your money on buying this toy. I bought two for grandchildren and they will be going in the rubbish! Judging by the reviews that I have seen now that I have looked properly (which is what I should’ve done in the first place), this company is a scam that prey on the vulnerable, who may wish to relieve anxiety and mental health conditions with a comfort purchase. Absolutely do not buy from this company!

Just cheap pluche toys, no ai, no movement. It's a scam.

I purchased one of these koalas. Firstly I would like to point out, it is only a plush toy, no batteries, doesn’t move. It doesn’t even resemble anything like what you’re advertising. This is an absolute scam, and it’s disgusting that there are people and companies out there like this. I purchased this for my daughter’s birthday. It’s an absolute joke. It’s taken me months to find the website again, which is also concerning.
I will be reporting this website and also leaving a bad review on any website I can.

Received a totally different Koala without any sensors. I got a cheap and ugly plush toy without any technology. Fraud. Don't buy.

I wish the first review had been on Trustpilot when I ordered. It would have saved me from being scammed. You will not get what you want. It's only a stuffed animal with no "AI" or "robot" features at all.

It seems n investigation including other scam sites the the koala AI is a lie and they are just a cheap plush toy it is now popping up for sale on other scam sites but all reviews report they got a cheap plush toy ne head moving or cuddling same goes for thedashy dog don’t buy it
