online shopping is simply a fraud

I also wish that I read the reviews before buying online. I bought a coat online on the 6th of February, the amount is taken from my card however I haven’t received any confirmation. When I contacted them they said that it doesn’t appear that I have an order. I provided them my official bank statement (signed and stamped by the bank) that the money is taken from card, that the transaction is not pre-authorized, I haven’t been refunded to this day. It’s been a month, I contacted them so many times and not a proper action has taken. I am providing them the official stamped and signed bank statement but they simply refuse to check their bank records to place the payment. So many calls I have to make to the client service, I am now chasing my money, this is simply a fraud. Such practice should not have any place in today’s online shopping world. They have exact opposite attitude of what they are advertising for. So outdated! I am getting ready to launch an official complaint via ADÉIC.

Never again, horrible and 0 quality

Never again and I will spread the word!!!! Such expensive clothes and they treat their clients like crap!!!!
I am waiting for my refund for almost 4 months now and they keep lying to me! First the pretended they received only 2 products instead of 3, then they confirmed they got the 3rd product, too but they keep lying about refund, they need weeks for a reply, lie to you that they'll write back soon and keep lyiing for months and no money back!!!

NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!

Terrible experience!!! I placed two orders separately, some items does not fit me and I decided to send back, as they promise on the website is free returns, but I was unable to get free return label completing return form, the system offered me to contact Customer service and that start the problem! Nobody answered me, I tried to send my messages via contact form, directly to e-mail address indicated on the website, no answer!!! I was very disappointed that I didn't read the reviews here first before ordering...STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE!!!
UPDATE 29/12/2022 !!! After I started to write bad comments on their Instagram account, they answered me and offered to send them my return at my expenses and promised to refund me this expenses. But after so many bad reviews I do not believe in this promises, better to keep the items, maybe I`ll try to sell them at half price...STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!

Here I am again

Here I am again. It’s been a month later since my last review. I still haven’t gotten a refund!!! I can’t believe this company is still in business. I put a complaint in with BBB as well. Im calling my bank and I’m also calling corporate. These people are terrible!!!! Stealing everyone’s money and not doing the right thing. Appalling Customer Service

Six months ago I purchased 2 items on line. The cost has only just been deducted from my bank account, at a significantly higher price than the June receipt. Fraudulent behaviour!
I will be taking action in the Small Claims Court if they continue to ignore my emails.

I ordered a jacket from The Kooples a month ago. It hasn't been shipped yet, there hasn't been any response to my online communications with them and the phone number give on the official website isn't correct. Worst customer service ever. Will contact American Express for a refund.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. The most horrible customer service experience of my life. This company is in complete disarray. The lack of customer service is phenomenal and outrageous. I am waiting a refund for the item with reference 3615871858512, part of the order 12000040336 which was returned back to Kooples on 26th October by DHL ( tracking 4583400286). More than one month has lapsed and I am still waiting on the refund. Meanwhile the phone number listed on their website does not work (it is short of one digit) and it took them 3 weeks to reply to one of my emails. The agent I managed to speak to over the phone in late October (I had googled their working phone number), re-assured me that the refund would be processed immediately. In another email dated 17th November, their customer service representative promised that a refund would be on the way in the next 3-7 working days.

It is December now and still no refund has been processed; I have now received an email, contrary to the above, saying that they are investigating the case?? Furthermore, when placing the initial order, they charged me for ordered items which had been sold out and had never shipped, without advising me that they were out of stock. Effectively, I had been waiting for all the ordered items to be delivered to finally discover that some had never shipped. Getting a refund for those items was another saga. I would never buy from this retailer ever again, it is shocking that they are still allowed to trade.

It’s a scam

Sadly the same story as everyone else on trust pilot. Made an order for c £200 several weeks ago. Still says processing and no communication on if it will ever come. No response to emails, calls, phone numbers never answered. It is theft and unfortunately a scam company it seems.

awful returns service and customer service

I made a purchase in store and the sales assistant informed me that I had the ability to make a return and receive a full refund - however this was not the case I ended up with a credit note which I was then told I could use online aswell - I tried to use it to checkout on an order today and turns out you cannot use it online either - I can not make it to a kooples store so I now have lost my money due to their awful returns policy and customer service - I love their clothes but will not be shopping there agin due to this

I have ordered an item and would like to return it back. I followed all the steps and received an email with the " so called" shipping label. When press to print the shipping label the page you have been directed gives 404 error so I have no label to be able to return

Poor Customer Service

I purchased a Cardigan that didn’t fit and requested a return. I received the shipping label but no Proforma Invoices for Customs. I have emailed them constantly and each reply takes 4/5 days and they just send the same label. I have asked to return it to the London store even though it is now outside the 28 day return. Still no reply. I was a big fan of Kooples but would never shop from their website again.

no refund after one month

About one month has passed and they still haven't refunded me despite the return confirmation. Had to call my bank to get credited instead. Reached out to the Kooples more than once including via phone once and was answered by some surly b-word who was no help at all. Hey Kooples are you going bankrupt or did you get your crap systems hacked? Whatever, you suck either way.
