I hired this agency because of the positive reviews, and at first, everything seemed fine. But gradually, development slowed down to almost nothing (taking weeks for even small quick fixes). Deadlines were never met, not even once and the work that was delivered was always buggy, unfinished, and barely usable. It seems there was no proper QA which led us to cycle of going back and forth with endless bug fixing. I even released milestone payments early after they pressured me, even though the requirements weren’t met, and that trust was completely abused. Eventually, they (team and owner Gauruv) went silent, abandoned the project, and left me with no usable code or handover at all. After all the time, effort, and money I put in, I can’t help but feel like I was scammed...

It was an amazing experience working with Kraftors Team. They gave time to understanding my requirement and delievered
the project timely. Their were some issue intially with the response generated by the chatbot but the team fixed the same and also provide me
me support after project delievery as well.The best thing about the development was that I was provided with POC at no additional
cost through which I able to gaze what is being developed and suggest changes. I am happy with what I received and will surely use their services for another project in future and surely recommend them.
